Below are the shipping methods, shipping days and shipping cost:

 

1. We offer Free Express Shipping on all US orders over $49.
2. We offer Free International Standard Shipping on all orders over $99.
3. Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
4. The delivery time does not include the processing period of 1-3 days required to process the order from the date of placing the order.
5. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or American holidays. Our shipping centers are closed on U.S. federal holidays.  Please contact us for real-time information.
6. However, the orders may be delayed due to COVID-19. If you have specific needs on shipping days, please select the options provided above.
7. To see your order status, you can put your tracking number on Track Your Order page.
8. Free shipping promotion CANNOT be used together with other promotions codes or discounts. 
9. Custom made and special orders are from China. Delivery time can take 10-18 business days.

Shipping policy

We provide the best shipping options to you via Standard Shipping, Express Shipping or Rush Shipping service. You can expect to receive your order in the U.S within 3-5 business days by Express Shipping. For international orders, if you choose the standard shipping method, the delivery will be 7-12 business days or sooner depending on your country.

1. Please must provide a secure shipping address and contact number to receive items. JOYSTREAM is not responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address. 
2. Ship within 24-48 hours of processing time after you place an order. All orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
3. After the shipment is made, we will send the email with parcel tracking information to you. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder. Otherwise, it may be rejected by your email system. Please get in touch with us.
4. Our orders will usually be delivered after 4-10 days (some countries/regions may be longer, contact us for inspection). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us at joystreamservice@gmail.com.
5. Items that are in stock and ready to ship are shipping within the USA.
6. Custom made and special orders are shipped from China via Yanwen Express Air Shipping.
7. Mode of transportation: the delivery time varies depending on the mode of transportation. The shipping time depends on your location and the source of the package. The departure point will be sent by customer service email. 
8. Shipping time is estimated according to when the products are shipped rather than the order date. It can take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other causes. Dear customer, due to the current situation of a global virus(WHO: COVID-19 Pandemic), your order will be delayed. Please wait patiently. We appreciate your understanding.
